Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Certain items, such as personal care and hygiene-sensitive products, are not eligible for return once opened.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

If you prefer, eligible returns may be exchanged for another product of equal value, subject to availability.
